ER3G25 is the name of the rotary feeder that is designed entirely by EBC. The rotary feeder has been designed from the beginning for mounting on a container chassis. Thus, it is not a modified industrial machine.
The ER3G25 rotary feeder differs from similar machines in several aspects and thus has some distinctive unique advantages.
The ER3G25 rotary feeder is developed and produced by EBC. The design of the rotary feeder is based on experience from more than 2000 units, delivered worldwide, over the last 40 years. The rotary feeder is made entirely of stainless steel (EN1.4301). This makes cleaning easier as the rotary feeder can withstand water and steam without being damaged or showing signs of corrosion.
The rotary feeder is made with a special purpose for synthetic materials, but can also be used for food. Today, the rotary feeder is used throughout Europe, from Finland in the north, to Spain in the south and is therefore exposed to temperatures from -30 Ā° c to + 40 Ā° c. The rotary feeder was originally designed for mounting on a container chassis, it is therefore compact, but the performance is still high, due to a number of unique details:

The inlet and outlet holes at the bottom of the rotary feeder, where the transport air enters and the product flows out, are not round as you would normally see. The holes are made wider at the bottom, thereby ensuring a longer opening time, as well as better emptying of the feeder pockets.
ER3G25 is designed with a strong focus on easy cleaning. This means that there are no hidden cavities and corners in the rotary feeder where product residues can accumulate. It provides great cleanliness and prevents product contamination, even when switching between different types of products.
The special W-shaped inlet in the rotary feeder prevents granular products from being pinched in the rotary feeder. In this way, damage to the product is prevented and the cell lock is exposed to significantly less wear. This also means that the rotary feeder can be used without problems for very hard types of plastic granules, such as PET and polycarbonate.
